If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the Platform. What information does the Platform obtain and how is it used? User Provided Information The Platform obtains the information you provide when you download or access and register on the Platform. Does the Platform collect precise real time location information of the device? When you visit the Platform, we may use information provided by your device to determine your current location in order to determine the time zone you are located within and display relevant information. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your device"s settings. You can stop all collection of information by the Platform easily by uninstalling the Platform from your mobile device or signing out of the web app. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Platform and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you"d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Platform, please contact us at support@journal.fm and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Platform to function properly. Children We do not use the Platform to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Content Journal strives to moderate all content on the platform, if users find abusive or offensive material they are to contact us regarding the content so that our team may remove it in a timely manner. License Journal grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Term and Termination This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Journal. Journal may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Journal in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Amendments to this Agreement Journal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 10 days" notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
